<- part five--

The fairy tale finishes...

Sunday, the 13th

From our walk down the aisle, we headed outside for the receiving line. This was nice because we got to say hi to just about everybody who showed up for the wedding. Some I didn't know, but it was nice to meet them. Others were friends I hadn't seen for so long, and it was a wonderful chance to have such a great group of people all in one place :-)

After we went through the receiving line, I escaped back to the dressing room for Megan to bustle up my wedding dress and to touch up my lipstick. I got back out so Eric and I could make our entrance into the reception room together :-)

Karen snapped a few pictures of the decorations before people made it into the reception room so we could see how it looked later on. Brian did a great job of announcing all of the essential spots in the reception, and that was great to not have to worry about. Karen, Shellie, and the kitchen staff had everything ready by the time we got out there, and Nancy let us newly married people cut into the line. The food looked beautiful and tasted even better!!!

Brian took a chance to explain to the crowd about the bet the guys had made - and explained how since Eric wasn't voted for at all to be the first to marry, he won! Everyone there seemed to think it was fun, and Eric was suprised when Brian told everyone they hid the money on me for him to find :-) Here's pictures of the contract so you can see :-)

From the food, we exited outside for the bouquet and garter toss....

After the reception and stuff, we ran back to change before leaving. I snuck one last picture on Rina's camera of the back of my dress because I didn't think I had one of it yet! And while I was in there, trying quickly to gather my makeup for the honeymoon instead of the other girls, I found the envelope for the marriage license, which I almost forgot to take out to sign!!!

Our car was decorated by an assorted party of mischievious friends. We can't show you most of the pictures of the car for that reason :->
